Kendra Cooke, Realtor

With over 20 years’ experience, Kendra helps more than 100 families annually find homes that fit their lifestyle, income, and future plans. Kendra's knowledge and experience of the current real estate market and her business relationships with industry experts and community leaders give her clients a distinct advantage.

Kendra is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and is currently serving as the immediate Past-President for 2013. She serves on the board of directors for the Tennessee Association of Realtors as the 2013 Vice-Chair of Governmental Affairs, Is a graduate of Leadership Rutherford ('05), and she serves on the board of directors for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, where she is the membership chair. Kendra is also a member of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce in Williamson County. Kendra is a business coach and teaches Real Estate Agents nationally as a member of The Core Training Inc.

Kendra was honored to be named Realtor of the Year by the Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors in 2006. She was selected by her peers for this award based on her professionalism, her eagerness to give back to her community and her willingness to serve the real estate industry on many different levels.

When Kendra is not working, she enjoys coaching other real estate agents, traveling, running, reading autobiographies and—most importantly—spending time with her husband, Greg and their son, Kory.

Darlene Young, Director of Operations

Darlene oversees the day-to-day activities for Cooke Realty Partners. Whether you are buying or selling a home with us, she will be there to assist you with all the details, from contract to close. Darlene is beginning her 11th year as a fully licensed member of our team, whose knowledge and experience of the "nuts and bolts" aspect of finalizing the sale or purchase of your home, you will find is invaluable. Her job is to give you superior service and timely, accurate information for a smooth and quick transaction.

Jodi Martin, Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant Jodi will be working with you while your house is on the market. She will be in regular contact with you from the time we list your home for sale until the time we receive a contract for purchase. Jodi calls all of our customers weekly so you know exactly where you are during the selling process as well as give you feedback from showings. We know how important it is to keep you "in the loop".

Tara Stone, Business Development Coordinator

Tara is working to connect Cooke Realty Partners services with businesses relocating employees to or from the Middle Tennessee area. Before joining Cooke Realty Partners she worked for 10 years in Economic Development with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and then the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. Her focus was on the existing businesses and how she could assist them with retention and expansion needs. Tara is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
