Welcome To Kendra Cooke's Monthly e-NEWS - September 2008
It's OFFICIALLY Fall! I am enjoying this cooler weather and our football teams, both local and professional!! How 'bout you? I want to take a moment and remind you we are currently surveying our current and past clients along with our business affiliates. If you haven't been to our website (www.kendracooke.com) to take the survey yet, please do so - CLICK HERE. We are just trying to make sure we have current information on our database, and make sure we are reaching you with our current correspondence. I also wanted to mention to those of you that work in Rutherford County that our Chamber of Commerce is currently working on their annual membership drive. If you or your company are not involved with the Chamber I would love to visit with you about the wonderful things they offer to business owners and individuals alike! There are plenty of places to network, loads of information to be used, seminars and more! I have been a member for many years, and I currently serve on the board for the Chamber and would love to see us continue to grow our membership. Let me know if you have questions or need information. In closing this month, I want to offer you my knowledge for FREE! Many of you are calling or emailing asking many questions about the new Tax Credit offer from the government for first time homebuyers, or what is happening since the DPA (down payment assistance) programs are going away, or is it time to refinance since the rates are really down -- please note I am here for you. I am your REALTOR FOR LIFE and want to provide you information as you need it, so don't hestiate to ask! If I don't know the answers I will get it and give it to you! Thank you for your continued support and referrals and we look forward to serving you soon~
Sincerely,
Kendra Cooke
