Welcome To Kendra Cooke's Monthly e-NEWS - June 2010 It’s summer time Tennessee!!! The humidity is high and the rates are down! Now is the perfect time to buy a home!! If you or anyone you know needs my professional assistance, please let me know.
In thinking about this upcoming e-newsletter, I was thinking it might be time for a change. Change is GOOD! So I thought about how I could help my clients with their money questions and at the same time give them some information on someone I know and trust. It brought me to the conclusion, that I wanted to feature my “money guy” for the next few months in my newsletter to answer questions and offer advice. Everyone has concerns right now about investing….where to invest, what is making money, how will I ever retire, etc. So I am introducing you to a trusted advisor of mine, and if you need help with your money, you can have some one to speak to and ask questions to. Money is a VERY serious topic and I want you to have someone you feel comfortable with talking about it. Phil is going to offer some information to you via reports, both text and video over the next few months. Feel free to contact him with your questions!! Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you have an awesome summer! Upon graduation he began his career in the rubber industry and then into the Texas oil industry in his home town of Port Arthur, Texas. In 1983, when the oil industry declined dramatically, Phil pursued an entire new journey to a new profession and a new town where he was a stranger. Twenty five years later that decision has taken The Cavender Financial Group to the top of its class in the financial consulting profession. He’s a sought after speaker and trainer in his profession and his engaging and friendly personality, along with his business acumen, have taken him to his eighth straight Top of the Table qualification, the highest measure of achievement in the financial services profession. Today, Phil has a clientele throughout the United States. How could a business that does no advertising have clients in such diverse places across the United States? By word of mouth. “Your reputation for integrity and having strong and valuable relationships is so important to sustain a business model for 25 years,” says Phil Cavender. “We have taken a profession and moved to an environment where there is virtually no competition by taking time to explain the things other sales people have never explained. The processes and the environment in which money works is so much more important than the products people use to obtain financial success. I find so often that what people tell me they want and what they have are two different things. Either they don’t mean what they say or they have not been educated to the uncertainties of the products they have been sold.”
